Are there any hidden fees?
BudsFX doesn’t carry any hidden fees for any of our clients. Only trading activities are charged with fees here. If you happen to notice additional fees, make sure to contact your e-wallet provider or bank.
Can I deposit using a friend’s/corporate card?
No, as all deposits must be conducted with your own sources.
How do withdrawals happen?
You’d have to simply log in, click My Account, go to Banking -> Withdrawal. Choose the currency and amount to withdraw, press the Withdraw button, and you’re good to go.
Can I withdraw during an open position?
If you have enough free margin, then yes. You can.
How long until my withdrawal appears in my account or card?
All withdrawal requests are settled within a 7-business day processing period.
What do I need for Identity/Residency/Payment Proof purposes?
- A government-issued ID document – Passport, National ID, Driver’s License.
- An official document including your full name, address, and issue date (not older than 3 months) – Utility bills, Tax bills, Bank statement.
- The last 4 digits and CVV of a credit/debit card of your choosing.
What assets and products can I trade with a BudsFX account?
You can choose and trade with Currency pairs on the FX, Commodities, or Stocks. More info can be found on our Target Spreads page (redirects to Target Spreads)
Can I have more than one trading account?
If you wish so, yes.
What is leverage and what leverage do BudsFX offer?
By using Leverage, you can trade with borrowed money to increase the potential profit of a trade. Various assets have varying leverage levels, up to 1:200. You can request to change leverage and also apply special conditions to leverage.
Can my account have a negative balance?
No. You trade with your own invested funds (that you invested), so you can only spend them without going into a negative account balance.
